Program Owner/Director
With more than 20 years of experience as an athlete, coach, and proud cheer mom, Coach Emily brings a deep love and energy to everything she does. She’s worked with athletes ages 4 to 16 in both recreational and all-star cheer, always focusing on building confidence, character, and a genuine passion for the sport. Cheer is truly a family affair for her—her three daughters are also part of the program and can often be found lending a hand around the gym.
Coach Mandie
Coach Mandie found her love for cheerleading at 12 years old and never looked back. Six years ago, she turned her passion into coaching, finding joy in helping young athletes grow in skill and confidence. Now, she's excited to help build something amazing with Eclipse Cheer in Caroline County — and the sky’s the limit for these athletes!
Coach Chris
Make way for Coach Chris, a total cheer powerhouse with decades of skills and even bigger heart. With 30+ years of coaching and 19 years as a cheerleader, she’s done it ALL rec, high school, all-star, dance, gymnastics, you name it!Coach Chris is all about strong skills, safe stunts, and building confident, connected teams. Coach Kaylah
Kaylah’s cheer journey started with Pop Warner teams in Delaware and Maryland, where she fell in love with the sport. As a kid, she dreamed of joining a competitive all-star team, but life had other plans. Now, she’s turning that dream into reality by coaching the next generation of athletes with heart and purpose! Coach Kaylah is bringing heart, hustle, and fresh energy to the mat
Coach Christina
Let’s hear it for Coach Christina! She fell in love with cheer at just 6 years old and went on to cheer for 11 years including 3 with Extreme Falcon All-Stars! Though a serious car accident paused her time as an athlete, her passion never faded. She’s coached athletes ages 5–17 and loves helping first-time cheerleaders find their confidence and skills from cartwheels to cheers, she celebrates every win!
Mrs. Janice - Parent Liaison
My journey into the world of cheer began thanks to my amazing daughter, Anya, and her incredible coach, Emily. What started as a supportive role quickly grew into a true passion for the sport and the community that surrounds it. As Parent Liaison, you’ll often find me behind the scenes—helping with hair and makeup, answering parent questions, and most importantly, cheering on our athletes at every practice and competition. I’m here to support both our athletes and their families every step of the way, and I can’t wait to be your go-to resource this season!
